Founded in January 2013 and relaunched in June 2022, Irish Student Left Online was a blog set up to give space for the radical student voice studying in Ireland. It went through a brief period of inactivity and in mid 2023 underwent talks to reform as Aontacht.
Aontacht is a non-sectarian media collective that challenges the system from the perspective of everyday people with various members from Political Parties, Tenants’ Unions, Students Groups and Workers’ Interest Groups. It accepts articles, videos, and general media submissions from any who prescribe to a revolutionary socialist perspective.
