ICE Deportation Flight Refuels At Shannon Airport

According to the flight tracking database, an aircraft owned by property tycoon Gil Dezer, a close associate of war criminal Donald Trump, refuelled at Shannon Airport, activist groups revealed yesterday.

The flight was chartered by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, which is both complicit in the deportation of immigrants, as well as of functioning as an unaccountable extra-judicial paramilitary for Trump to target political dissidents.

The flight arrived on the 26th of October 2026, and left the next day. It is not the first time that ICE-chartered flights have passed through Shannon Airport. In February 2026, the Irish Examiner reported that the FFG government is facilitating the deportation of Palestinian men from Arizona to Tel Aviv.

Shannon Airport has been used by the US military for almost two decades now. It is “effectively a forward operating base used to support their operations in the Middle East, with approximately three million US troops and their weapons, regular US Air Force/Navy cargo planes, and an unknown number of CIA extraordinary rendition flights passing through since 2002” according to the Peace and Neutrality Alliance anti-war group.

The US Empire, with more than 800 military bases in 70 countries and its aggressive interventionist foreign policy,  has been the single biggest driver of Western imperialism for decades.
